I can’t tell you how many times I’ve listened to this episode since Sabrina sent it. I’ve been working on drafting something and I keep coming back to it. I love Chef Kristi’s question - How good can it get? - because it is not about reaching for more for the sake of having more, it’s about recognizing her right to survive AND thrive. The question pushes beyond survival and towards curiosity.
